CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

PAYMENTS AND CHARGES

We take payments via PayPal. You do not need a registered PayPal account to purchase. You can choose to pay using any major credit card or via your PayPal account.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe your shoes/Bag with a damp cloth. Do not use soaps or detergents. Do not machine wash. More information about handling my products you can find here. If you have more question contact me here.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS READY FOR DELIVERY?

Most of our orders are ready to ship in 3-7 days. All our products are hand-made. We do our best to get all the orders out on time. Please take into consideration that there may be delays in the production process. Of course, we will make sure to keep you updated on your order.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship from Israel. Our studio is located in the center of Israel.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

definitely! We ship our products worldwide.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Please contact us for express shipping. We will give you all the information you need, including estimated delivery time and prices.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Customs and Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We will do our best to ship your order with all the proper documentation to make the customs process faster.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us with all the information including the tracking number. Please take into consideration that in some countries the tracking service may be less reliable once your package has left Israel. We will do our best to help with any problem or request you may have.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER?

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days from the date you received it, and we will work out a refund or exchange. We do not cover the return shipping costs. All returns must be in new condition with the original packaging.

Your refund will be issued once we receive your purchase, and find it in saleable condition.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY PURCHASE?

We take pride in the quality of our products. We want you to enjoy them. If for any reason you find a defect in the product, please contact us, and we will address the issue as soon as possible. If necessary, we will issue a refund. We will also cover return shipping costs.

COLORS AND PRINTS

All the illustrations in the prints are original designs. Keep in mind that there can be a slight difference between the color that appears on the screen and the product.
